This document is the public offer of La Maison de Madame (the “Seller”). It sets out the terms of sale for goods sold through the online store lamaisondemadame.uz (the “Website”).

1. General provisions

  • By placing an order on the Website, the customer confirms that they have read these terms and accept them in full.
  • The Seller may change these terms. The current version is always published on the Website and applies to orders placed after its publication.

2. Subject

  • The Seller transfers ownership of the goods shown on the Website (womenswear and accessories) to the customer, and the customer pays for and accepts them on these terms.
  • Colours in product photos may differ slightly from the actual items due to screen settings.

3. Placing an order

  • The customer places an order on the Website and provides their name, phone, delivery method and, for delivery, an address.
  • Each order receives a number. The Seller calls the customer to confirm the order.
  • If an item turns out to be unavailable, the Seller informs the customer and offers a replacement or cancellation.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Uzbek sum (UZS). The price is fixed at the moment the order is placed.
  • Payment is made in cash on delivery, or online via Click or Payme when these methods are available on the Website.
  • For online payments the customer receives an electronic receipt.

5. Delivery and pickup

  • Delivery is available in Tashkent and the regions of Uzbekistan. The cost is calculated at checkout and shown on the “Delivery & payment” page.
  • Pickup is available at the boutique: 8 Nukus Street, Parkwood residential complex, Mirabad District, Tashkent.
  • The customer inspects the goods upon receipt.

6. Returns and exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges follow the “Returns & exchanges” page and the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Personal data

  • By placing an order, the customer consents to the processing of their personal data to fulfil the order, as described in the Privacy policy.

8. Liability and disputes

  • The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
